The Löyly Experience
Loyly is a Finnish word that describes the steam that is produced when adding water to the hot sauna rocks. This word is difficult to translate as there is no other similar word in the English dictionary. In the Finnish language, it means “Spirit of Life”.
Hot Sauna + Cold Plunge
The Hot Sauna Cold Plunge technique was originated by the Nordic Culture. It consists of 15-20 minutes in a hot sauna followed by a cold water plunge or cold shower. It’s believed to increase health benefits such as improved blood flow, soreness recovery, detoxification, skin rejuvenation and pleasure enhancement.
